Join a Team That Actually Cares About Financial Wellbeing
We're not your typical finance company. Our team in Wagga Wagga helps Australian families get their budgets sorted without the jargon or judgment.
We're growing, and we need people who can explain complex financial concepts in ways that make sense over a coffee chat. If you think spreadsheets can be friendly and budgets don't have to be boring, you'll fit right in.
Open Positions for 2026
We're expanding our team this year. These roles start between June and September 2026, giving you time to wrap up current commitments if needed.
Budget Analysis Specialist
You'll work directly with clients to build budget frameworks that actually work for their lives. Some people come to us drowning in receipts. Others just want to know where their money goes each month. Your job is to help both.
- Experience with financial planning or accounting
- Comfortable explaining concepts to non-experts
- Patience with people who find numbers stressful
- Willingness to adapt strategies to different situations
Client Education Coordinator
We run workshops and one-on-one sessions teaching budget skills. You'd develop materials, lead sessions, and figure out what resonates with different groups. Sometimes it's young couples, sometimes retirees adjusting to fixed income.
- Background in education or training delivery
- Ability to create engaging learning materials
- Comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes
- Interest in personal finance topics
Financial Systems Developer
Our budget tracking tools need someone who can make them smarter and easier to use. You'll work on automations, reporting features, and integrations that save our clients time while keeping their data secure.
- Experience with web application development
- Understanding of financial data security
- Interest in user experience design
- Problem-solving mindset for technical challenges
Regional Partnership Manager
We partner with community organizations across regional NSW to extend budget education services. You'd build relationships with councils, community centers, and local groups to coordinate workshops and support programs.
- Experience in community engagement or partnership roles
- Understanding of regional Australian communities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally within NSW
What Working Here Looks Like
Our team is small enough that everyone knows each other, but big enough that you're not stuck doing everything yourself. We're based in Wagga Wagga because we believe good financial advice shouldn't only exist in capital cities.
Finley Chamberlain
"I left a corporate banking job in Sydney for this. The difference is I actually get to see people's relief when their budget starts working. That doesn't happen when you're processing loan applications all day."
Meredith Ainsworth
"Our workshops aren't lectures about what people should do. We work through real scenarios together. Last month someone figured out they'd been overpaying for insurance for three years. Those moments make the job worthwhile."
Verity Lockwood
"I keep things running smoothly so our advisors can focus on clients. We're flexible with hours because life happens. If your kid's school calls, you answer. We figure out the work schedule after."
Professional Development
We support continuing education in financial planning, counseling skills, and relevant certifications. Your professional growth helps our clients get better service.
Work-Life Balance
Core hours are flexible around client appointments. We close between Christmas and New Year because everyone needs proper time off.
Community Connection
You'll work with people from across regional NSW. It's rewarding when clients tell you they've recommended us to friends because the advice actually helped.
Collaborative Environment
Weekly team discussions let us share challenging cases and learn from each other. No one expects you to have all the answers immediately.
Realistic Workload
We limit client appointments per day so you have time to prepare properly and follow up thoughtfully. Quality matters more than volume.
Local Impact
Your work directly helps your neighbors and community. That connection to purpose shows up in job satisfaction surveys every year.
